The WinterSkunk Music Fest will be presented on Saturday, Feb. 8 at The Spinning Jenny, 107 Cannon St., Greer. An indoor precursor to the popular Albino Skunk Music Festival held on local music aficionado Glynn Zeigler’s property north of the city each spring and fall, this year’s WinterSkunk Music Fest will feature an impressive roots-oriented lineup, including The Henhouse Prowlers, Sierra Ferrel, Urban Soil and Tuatha Dea during the evening following performances by Jacob Johnson and David Childers with ex-NASCAR driver Kyle Petty in the afternoon. Greenville-based singer-songwriter and bassist Mark Dye will celebrate the release of his new album, “Swift as Morning,” with a performance at Gottrocks, 200 Eisenhower Drive, Greenville on Friday, Feb. 7.
